Ltd, the project was delivered as a complete design-to-construction development service, including site analysis, soil testing coordination, land surveying, architectural concept development, architectural and structural design, bill of quantities preparation, and project planning. The firm also coordinated permitting with local authorities and supervised construction and project execution.
